Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final, no refund or exchanges. All SAIFLASHES products are reserved in a sanitary environment at the perfect temperature and humidity range for optimal function. Assure all of your products are correctly ordered. Changes may be made before the order is shipped out. Products cannot be accepted after the parcel is shipped.

Lost or Damaged Goods

All products are carefully inspected before shipment. SAIFLASHES is not responsible for parcels that are left outside unattended in the heat, rain, or cold for a long period of time. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot accept any liability for lost parcel. Please contact your shipping provider.

Processing Time

It may take up to 1-5 business days for an order to be fully processed.

Delivery

SAIFLASHES is not responsible if an attempt delivery has been made and the parcel has not been picked up at your local post office. The parcel will be sent back to us and there might be additional shipping costs.

Shipment Delays

Due to COVID-19, packages may take longer than anticipated to arrive. There may be a delay that can range from 3-8 business days.
